Enclosed for your review and processing are the following: <br /> • Overburden Calculations <br /> • Two sets of revised plans showing that positive automatic shutdown of the turbine must occur <br /> when the probe senses a leak or if the probe malfunctions or any portion of the monitoring <br /> system is disconnected. Additionally, as described, the probes in the dispensers' sumps must <br /> also exhibit a positive shutdown. <br /> • Manufacturer Equipment Cut Sheets <br /> • Monitoring and Response Plan <br /> Please note that, as of this time, a contractor has not been declared for this facility. We do understand that <br /> final plan approval will require the contractor to have a complete file on record with PHS-EHD.
