Main St . Manteca Ca. <br /> 1 . In an area of high ground water (less than 20 ft . from <br /> the bottom of the tank) the tank must be anchored or <br /> overburden calculations submitted. <br /> 2 . Positive automatic shutdown must shutdown the turbine <br /> when the probe senses a leak, the probe malfunction or <br /> when any portion of the monitoring system is <br /> disconnected. <br /> 3 . The probes in the dispenser sumps must exhibit positive <br /> auto shutdown as described above. <br /> 4 .
