A <br /> completed form has been provided to the manager to be posted near a telephone to be used <br /> in an emergency (Attachment B). <br /> UST Inspection <br /> The following is BP's response to the one item noted during the underground storage tank <br /> (LIST) inspection on September 17, 2002. <br /> • Item 8: HSC 25291(f) Automatic line leak detector(s) <br /> The Inspection Report stated that the 87 automatic line leak detector failed during the <br /> inspection, that the"Red Jacket(serial #116-056) was replaced with Vaporless model <br /> #99LD-2000 (serial #0205.1054)," and that the inspector"[w]itnessed new leak detector <br /> function." <br /> The Inspection Report instructed BP to obtain a permit for this repair. BP's contractor, <br /> Tait Environmental (Tait) of Rancho Cordova, California, obtained this permit. A copy of <br /> the permit is enclosed as Attachment C. A copy is being provided to the operator to be <br /> kept onsite for record keeping. <br /> The signed certification of return to compliance has been included as Attachment D. It is <br /> BP's policy to address deficiencies, issues of concern, and/or agency request regarding our <br /> gasoline retail facilities immediately. <br /> With the transmittal of this letter with the enclosed documents, it is our understanding that <br /> the alleged violations and requested action associated with the inspection conducted on <br /> September 17, 2002 have been resolved.
