A complete description of work performed must be submitted prior to scheduling the final <br /> inspection. <br /> 2. Contact the local fire department and San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for <br /> applicable permits. <br /> 3. If any piping or equipment is to be repaired/replaced Environmental Health Department(EHD) <br /> must be notified so that an inspection can be arranged and parts can be approved prior to <br /> commencing work.Per Environmental Health assessment of findings, new plans and a permit <br /> application may be required to be submitted. <br /> 4. All piping, fittings and connections shall bear a UL label and be compatible with the existing <br /> manufacturer. <br /> 5. All equipment in contact with backfill must be corrosion protected. <br /> 6. Soil sampling may be necessary per Environmental Health assessment. <br /> 7. EHD must witness a 30-minute pressure test primary and secondary piping of all <br /> repaired/replaced piping prior to backfill. <br /> 8. EHD must witness a 24-hour lake test on any sumps/dispenser pans that require repair or <br /> replacement. <br /> 9. A line integrity test on the primary piping of all exposed lines must be performed by a third party <br /> certified technician and results received by this office prior to the final inspection. <br /> 10. If concrete is broken near the underground storage tank a tank integrity test must be performed by <br /> a certified tank tester prior to the final inspection. <br /> 11. Arrange a final inspection with this office prior to finalizing the work complete.Give 48-hour <br /> notice for all inspection appointments.Contact Dina Abate,EHS at(209)468-3468 for all <br /> inspection appointments. <br /> 12.
