ORDERED A WAFFLE AND CHICKEN STRIP MEAL AND ANOTHER CHICKEN MEAL. <br /> BOTH BECAME ILL THE NEXT MORNING WITH SYMPTOMS OF VOMITING AND DIARRHEA. DID NOT SEEK <br /> MEDICAL ATTENTION. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Site visit-Facility was not aware of the complaint. Facility trains all employees in food handling. No employees work at <br /> another food facility or have been ill. Facility serves about 60 chicken and waffles a week. Chicken comes in frozen from <br /> Sysco. Sysco delivers twice a week. Chicken is kept in walk-in freezer for up to 10 days and placed in front freezer before <br /> frying for 4-5 minutes. Walk-in freezer has excessive ice build-up and one open box(steak fritter)with ice exposure <br /> (discarded). Repair walk-in freezer door and remove ice today. All hand wash stations and restrooms supplied. All <br /> chemicals are properly supplied. Muffin tray stored on trash can (removed)and phone and speaker stored on green bean can <br /> (removed). Sanitizer at dishwasher is proper and sanitizer buckets proper. Hand washing occurring and no gloves used.
