Comments: <br /> Routine inspection was conducted on this date and the following was noted: <br /> 1.)A/C T14 CCR§ 18462-CTL#5602560-B did not have facility TPID number listed. CTL#s 551677-13, <br /> 5515783-13, and 5441483-B did not have load dates listed. All of these CTLs were for the delivery of used tires. <br /> A. Waste tire manifests shall be filled out completely and accurately. <br /> B. Ensure subsequent manifests are filled out completely and accurately prior to signing the manifest. <br /> Notes: <br /> 1.)TPID certificate is posted in the main office. <br /> 2.)Waste tire manifests from "Waste Recovery West, Inc."were available for review. <br /> 3.)Waste tires were counted directly and are stored along the western perimeter fence. 26 waste tires counted <br /> were improperly stored used tires. <br /> 4.) Permission to conduct inspection was granted by Shaan Dhindsa (manager). <br /> 5.) Retain all waste tire manifests, disposal receipts, and logs for 3 years. <br /> 6.) Facility only stores it's waste tires at this location. <br />
