Here is the statement violation by violation. <br /> Violation JJ 302 <br /> I've scanned in with the other documents the page that you had me update showing no revisions when you were here <br /> the day of the inspection. <br /> Violation JJ 603 <br /> I've scanned in the Fire Safety Map that you wanted me to add to show another map of where everything was located. <br /> Violation JJ 609 <br /> I've scanned in the new pages that talks about reporting with updated contact info from Gary. <br /> Violation JJ 612 <br /> Gary stated that we don't need Secondary containment because of the new location of the used oil tank. He said the <br /> building satisfies the need for Secondary Containment. <br /> Violation JJ 710 <br /> I've scanned in section 5 where it shows that we have been checking monthly.
