Hot water shall be supplied at a minimum temperature of at |eoo[ 130"F measured from <br /> the faucet. The xvotor heater shall have a rnininnun) rating of 5.330 BTU if gas or 1.2 <br /> KW if electric [CRFC 8114192]. <br /> The EHO must be kept informed of the construction progress. A final inspection must be <br /> perfornned, operating permit fees paid, and approval to operate granted prior to opening for <br /> business. All equipment must be installed and thorough cleaning completed prior to the final <br /> inspection. Inspections must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Charges for <br /> additional inopectiono, re-inspections and/o[ oonau|t8doRa may be assessed at the EHO hourly <br /> rata of $125 per hour. <br /> Any item(s) inadvertently Ova[lO0k8d in the plan check p[OC8SG. which is not in C0Dlp|i8OCe with <br /> applicable State |avve, and/or city or county ordinance oodeo, eho|| be constructed or <br /> reconstructed upon request Of the EHO. Inferior workmanship, 8qUipDl8Ot. or OOGt8[i8|a will not <br /> be accepted for the oODStrUCdOD or operation Of @ food facility. Any V3[iGnnG from the <br /> P8qui[8OnontS outlined in this letter will require written approval from the EHO.
