Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #41 Plumbing Maintained;Approved Back Flow Device <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Facility currently lacks a 3 compartment sink for ware-washing and a mop sink. <br /> Provide both to ensure proper washing and sanitation of utensils. Any hose <br /> used for conveying potable water shall be of approved materials,labeled,properly stored,and used for no other purpose. Seal or replace with nonabsorbent <br /> cleanable material before operation.Approved material are apoxy sealant, FRP panel,tile, and stainless steal diamond <br /> plates. <br /> Restroom currently contains a form of rubber based coving in good condition,when repairs are made to the restroom <br /> replace coving with a tile based material 4 inches rising up the wall and a 3/8 radius. <br /> Observed walls with paint flaking or chipping away near stove. Remove and repaint or replace with approved cleanable <br /> material before operation. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:The walls/ceilings shall have durable,smooth,nonabsorbent,light-colored,and washable surfaces. All floor <br /> surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth,durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br /> cleanable.Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas,except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br /> unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.
