I <br />was told that the replacement was tested in front of you. <br />I was told by Matt that all you required was a notification that the work was executed and <br />tested. He also informed me that no new permit was required; the sensor replacement <br />represents a modification in the scope of work for the existing permit. <br />If you need any additional information or have any questions, please call me.
