[California Code of Regulations (CCR) Section 2637 (a)]. <br />According to our records your station is due for the six month secondary containment test. <br />It is the responsibility of the owner/operator to have all test completed by November 24, 2004. <br />This office must be notified of the test date and time 48 hours prior to performing these tests. If <br />notification is not made to this office prior to testing the results will not be accepted. Results from the <br />above testing must be sent to this office within 30 days of the test completion. It is the responsibility <br />of the owner/operator to have all test results submitted to this office by December 24, 2004. <br />It is recommended that you schedule these tests in advance, due to contractor/technician availability. <br />An underground storage tank operating permit will not be issued to owners/operators who have not <br />performed this required testing.
