Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br /> District for any applicable permits. <br /> 2. Any changes shall be submitted to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department(EHD) for approval prior to commencing work.All new addenda supercede <br /> the previous ones. <br /> 3. All components must be certified by an independent testing organization and labeled as <br /> required by the organization.(UL,ULC,ANSI,API,ASTM,etc. See California Code of <br /> Regulations(CCR),Title 23 Chapter 16 Table B for complete list). The component must <br /> bear the appropriate mark as required by the independent testing organization. <br /> 4.
