The 5-18-09 inspection to inspect the UST paperwork is usually done <br />at the same time as the testing. However, if the testing is not done within 12 months of the previous year's <br />testing, we inspect the paperwork and issue an inspection report reminding the facility to schedule the testing. <br />The monitoring system certification was done on April 9, 2008 and was due in April of 2009. Note that I did a cold <br />start inspection with SSS in January 2009.
