INECO V ED <br />MEMORANDUM 18 December 2008 <br />TO: Inspector Garrett Backus, San Joaquin County EHD <br />FR: Marty Weithman, Service Station Systems, Inc. <br />RE: Safeway, 6425 N. Pacific Ave., Stockton <br />I am sending you the permit application and other documents relating to the Veeder-Root <br />ECPU replacement at the above listed site. For payment of fees please use the credit <br />for SR0055989 (per Ray Von Flue). <br />SSS Technician Chris McKenna responded to a call at the site which had the station <br />closed down and the monitoring system not properly functioning. The Veeder-Root <br />system was stuck on "start pressure test" and would not clear. Troubleshooting methods <br />by Veeder-Root determined that an ECPU replacement was necessary using the kit <br />#331500-358. I have enclosed the only information Veeder-Root makes available about <br />the kit for your review. Upon completion the system worked properly and the site was up <br />and running. <br />If you need any additional information or have any questions, please let me know as soon <br />as possible. <br />Please send a copy of the permit to the address below.
