The actions are being performed in <br /> accordance with the "Investigation Results Report (ERM, 13 April 1999). <br /> As we discussed on June 16, 1999, we have recently injected the Oxygen Releasing <br /> Compound (ORC) into the local groundwater and are prepared to begin the groundwater <br /> monitoring phase of the project.
