(Enpro),and Jeffrey Wong,Nuel C. <br /> Henderson,Jr.,and Margaret Lagorio representing EHD. This letter summarizes the agreements reached at <br /> the meeting. <br /> 1) Submit a report of finding of the cone penetrometer(CPT)test conducted in September 2003 to <br /> EHD within 45 days(November 21,2003). The report should also include workplan addendum <br /> to Monitoring Welllnrtallation Workplan Addendum dated June 26,2003 prepared by Wright, <br /> previously approved by EHD on July 17,2003: <br /> • Based on the new CPT data,proposed the exact targeted depth of the screened sections <br /> of the 4 proposed monitoring wells. <br /> • Based on the latest CPT and grab groundwater sample data,propose additional work to <br /> define the lateral and vertical extent of the groundwater contamination plume on and <br /> off site. Please provide all relevant details of the new proposed work such as <br /> monitoring work construction and location details. <br /> 2) Enpro agreed to submit a work plan addendum to 4WIor,,k�la or O.Zone Injection dated August 13, <br /> 2003 prepared by Wright to EHD within 2 weekse r 1,2003).
