This is to notify you that Section <br /> 25297.15(x) of Chapter 6.7 of the California Health and Safety Code includes a requirement that <br /> the EHD (local agency) not issue a closure letter, or make a determination that no further action <br /> is required with respect to "hazardous substance" underground storage tank release sites <br /> unless all current record owner of fee title to the site have been notified of the proposed action <br /> by the primary or active responsible party. <br /> Please provide the EHD certification in writing that all record owner of fee title to the above- <br /> referenced site have been notified of the request for closure. Submit a complete list of record <br /> owner of fee title and their mailing addresses to the EHD. if you are the sole property owner, <br /> provide a statement of that fact to the EHD. A form has been enclosed for this purpose.
