The response letter for <br /> this site, says that the county will work on site closure but has concerns regarding soil vapor <br /> intrusion (SVI). The letter references the 23 February 2011 letter that directs collection of i <br /> soil-gas samples between the motel and former excavation area. ***My question for you.... is <br /> another letter forthcoming from your office to the RP and"consultant directing the SVI <br /> investigation? I realize there wass-a standing directive for SVI from the 23 February 2011 <br /> letter but should I be moving forward with the SVI investigation based on the response letter? j <br /> I only ask because it doesn't appear that the response letter was sent to anyone except the <br /> fund.
