Wright dies not <br /> serve in anyway as'a legal.representative of RP and has no legal authority to <br /> make/reach "agreements" for RP, and neither does Enpro (Engineering <br /> Consultant to Wright). Wright and Enpro were only in cohesion with EHD that <br /> the time frames.presented,for the various tasks seemed manageable, given <br /> the information. at.hand at that time, and provided Wright is under contract <br /> with the RIa, and,the.RP authorizes Wright to proceed with the work mentioned <br /> E in your letter` Wright assumes no responsibility for any failures of RP to meet <br /> time frames while riot under contract with RP, or not authorized to proceed by <br /> ­RP, nor for any circumstances. <br /> f <br /> Item "2)" of letter; "...within 2 weeks (September 21, 2003)." This date is/was <br /> past tense! I believe EHD intended to indicate (October 21, 2003); based on a <br /> meeting date of Oct. 7, and adding .2 weeks; (14 days + Oct. 7) = Oct. 21, <br /> 2003. Please acknowledge or confirm this is correct time frame intended. <br /> i <br /> One item not mentioned in the EHD letter to Ms. Alexander is the statement <br /> made by Margaret (Lagorio) regarding any future delays.
