This <br /> work plan addendum should be included in the above-mentioned <br /> report of findings. <br /> In addition,your consultant Wright Environment has'met the deadline to submit a work <br /> plan addendum to install additional ozone injection points: The deadline-was October 21, <br /> 2003 (although the deadline date-was erroneously listed as September 2.1,2003 in previous <br /> EHD letter dated October 7, 2003). EHD has received a fax copy of the work plan <br /> yesterday (October 21,2003), and the deadline has been met. The other remaining deadlines <br /> are as listed above.
