This addendum is submitted_at the direction of the San <br /> Joaquin Public Health Services Environrnentai Health Division(PHS EHD). This <br /> addendum describes the installation of additional ozone injection-wells and modifies the <br /> original workplan, <br /> Ground water monitoring data(Ramage 2003,Wright 2403b) ahoy that the known extent <br /> of the ground'water plume is centered on well MW-2 (Figure 2 Site Map). The highest <br /> concentrations of chemicals of concerns(COCl)including TPH-G,BTEX, 1,2 DCA and <br /> fuel oxygenates occur�at depths of 40 to 50 feet in site ground water,ahhough COCa <br /> have been detected in discrete cone penetrometer samples taken at depths of up to 11.5 <br /> feet(Ramage 2003). <br /> Site S 'UJn v MM*Well DNI&U <br /> based on the recast <br /> The interpretation of site stm igraphy and,hydrogeology is,underway <br /> Cone Penetrometer testing and ground water sampling oonduated at the site but has yet to <br /> be finalized.
