This addendum is submitted_at the direction of the San
Joaquin Public Health Services Environrnentai Health Division(PHS EHD). This
addendum describes the installation of additional ozone injection-wells and modifies the
original workplan,
Ground water monitoring data(Ramage 2003,Wright 2403b) ahoy that the known extent
of the ground'water plume is centered on well MW-2 (Figure 2 Site Map). The highest
concentrations of chemicals of concerns(COCl)including TPH-G,BTEX, 1,2 DCA and
fuel oxygenates occurat depths of 40 to 50 feet in site ground water, ahhough COCa
have been detected in discrete cone penetrometer samples taken at depths of up to 11.5
feet(Ramage 2003).
Site S 'UJn v MM*Well DNI&U
based on the recast
The interpretation of site stm igraphy and, hydrogeology is,underway
Cone Penetrometer testing and ground water sampling oonduated at the site but has yet to
be finalized.
