r <br /> i <br /> GROUND ZERO ANALYSIS, INC. <br /> 1714 Main Street <br /> lEscalon, California 95320-1927 ter" n <br /> Telephone (209)838-9888 <br /> Facsimile (209)838-9883 <br /> June 6, 2001 <br /> Mr Michael Infurna <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, <br /> Environmental Health Division <br /> 304 E Weber Ave, Third Floor <br /> Stockton, CA 95202 <br /> Subject Second Quarter 2001 Groundwater Monitoring and Sampling Report <br /> Woolsey Oil, Inc Cardlock Facility <br /> 1501 W Charter Way, Stockton, CA(site code 508175) <br /> Dear Mr Infurna <br /> This letter report presents the results of the second quarter 2001 groundwater monitoring and sampling <br /> activities at the subject site(Figure 1) <br /> SITE ACTIVITIES <br /> Activities at the site included repairing well MW3, resurveying well MM3, monitoring water level <br /> elevations and purging and sampling groundwater from all site wells Groundwater samples were <br /> analyzed for total petroleum hydrocarbons as gasoline (TPHg), total petroleum hydrocarbons as diesel <br /> (TPHd), benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, total xylenes (BTEX), gasoline oxygenate additives, 1,2 <br /> dichloroethane(1,2 DCA), and ethylene dibrormde(EDB) <br /> FIELDWORK <br /> Groundwater Monitoring and Sampling -On May 16, 2001, monitoring well MW3 was repaired and resurveyed, and monitoring wells MW1 <br /> through MW3 were monitored and sampled Groundwater elevations were calculated by measuring <br /> the depth to groundwater in each well and subtracting from the respective wellhead elevation <br /> Groundwater at the site fell an average of 0 29 feet since last monitored on February 27, 2001 <br /> Groundwater flow was in a southeasterly direction with a hydraulic gradient of approximately 0 007 <br /> ft/ft A potentiometnc surface map generated using the May 16, 2001 monitoring data is depicted on <br /> Figure 2 Groundwater monitoring data are summarized in Table 1 Monitoring data sheets are <br /> included in Attachment A <br /> woolaey cht%gmr11gm2001 doe <br />
