r <br /> GROUND ZERO ANALYSIS, INC. <br /> 1714 Main Street <br /> Escalon, California 95320-1927 <br /> Telephone (209)838-9888 <br /> Facsimile (209)838-9883 <br /> November 26, 2001 <br /> Mr MichaelInfurna <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, <br /> Environmental Health Division <br /> 304 E Weber Ave , Third Floor <br /> Stockton, CA 95202 <br /> Subject Fourth Quarter 2001 Groundwater Monitoring and Sampling Report <br /> Woolsey Oil, Inc Cardlock Facility <br /> 1501 W Charter Way, Stockton, CA(site code 508175) <br /> Dear Mr Infurna <br /> This letter report presents the results of the fourth quarter 2001 groundwater monitoring and sampling <br /> activities at the subject site(Figure 1) <br /> SITE ACTIVITIES <br /> Activities at the site included monitoring water level elevations and purging and sampling groundwater <br /> from all site wells Groundwater samples were analyzed for total petroleum hydrocarbons as gasoline <br /> (TPHg), total petroleum hydrocarbons as diesel (TPHd), benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, total xylenes <br /> (BTEC and gasoline oxygenate additives <br /> FIELDWORK <br /> On November 7, 2001, monitoring wells MWl through MW3 were monitored and sampled <br /> Groundwater elevations were calculated by measuring the depth to groundwater in each well and - <br /> subtracting from the respective wellhead elevation Groundwater at the site fell an average of 1 07 feet <br /> since last monitored on August 7, 2001 Groundwater flowed toward the east-northeast with a <br /> hydraulic gradient of approximately 0 002 ft/ft A potentiometric surface map generated using the <br /> November 7, 2001 monitoring data is depicted on Figure 2 Groundwater monitoring data are <br /> summarized in Table 1 Monitoring data sheets are included in Attachment A <br /> Prior to sampling, monitoring wells MW 1 through MW3 were purged of a minimum of three well <br /> casing volumes During the purging process the physical parameters of temperature, pH and electrical <br /> conductivity were measured <br /> WoDhcy chtlgmr14gm2001 doc <br />
