(VPPS)site located at 930 Victor Road in Lodi,
California.
Source testing was conducted under your supervision on August 29, 2012. Average flow rate was
approximately 100 cubic feet per minute (cfm). System influent and effluent vapor samples were
collected in Tedlar bags using a vacuum box and were submitted under chain of custody protocol to
State-certified Eurofins Air Toxics laboratory for analysis. The samples were analyzed for Total
Petroleum Hydrocarbons as gasoline (TPHg) and for benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and xylenes
(BTEX) by EPA Method TO-3. Laboratory results are summarized in Table 1; the lab report is
included as Attachment A. Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) extraction and emissions rates and
destruction efficiency were calculated using the concentration of TPHg:
VOC Extraction Rate in pounds per dav:
Rate(lbs/day) =Flow(cfm)x Influent Conc.
