Three (3) <br />monitoring well permit applications and a check in the amount of $105.00 is <br />enclosed. <br />A tentative drilling schedule has been set for January 23 through <br />January 25, 1989 at the Victor Road location. Both the client and EES wish to <br />expedite this project as soon as possible. You will be notified if drilling <br />operations can be performed earlier than January 23, 1989. <br />Since you verbally approved the initiation of work on December 12, 1989, it is <br />our opinion that a Problem Assessment Report for the Regional Water Quality <br />Control Board (RWQCB) should be due no later than March 3, 1989. <br />If you have any questions, please feel free to call either Mr. Britt Von Thaden <br />or Mr. Kent Parrish at 415-659-0404. <br />Sincerely, <br />414-- � - <br />Kent E.
