' Since neither the client nor EES has yet been advised formally of any <br />regulatory response to the May 23, 1988 Report and Recommendations; and, a <br />verbal response a by representative of the SJLHD was obtained by EES on <br />October 27, 1988, it is our opinion that a Problem Assessment Report to the <br />RWQCB should be due no later than January 23, 1989. <br />Both EES and our client look forward to receiving approval to initiate work at <br />this site.
