If methanol's <br />detection limit was lower than 1 mg/l it might have served as a <br />tracer in assessing the ground water conditions at the Roberts Oil <br />facility. Although there is limited value at looking for methanol <br />it does raise the possibility that other additives for the Arco <br />product and other manufacturer's products used at Robert's may <br />serve as a tracer in our proposed groundwater investigation. <br />We feel using a tracer compound would reduce analytical costs <br />and/or assist us in our groundwater assessment work. If we could <br />acquire product specification sheets from your distributors, we <br />could assess this potential through our contract laboratory. <br />Could you contact your distributors to see if this information can <br />be made available to us through Woolsey Oil? Confidentiality of <br />any trade information shall be maintained by J. H.
