Information on remedial alternatives will include their pros and <br />cons, identifiable constraints, probable effectiveness, and implementation costs and <br />schedule. <br />The above presents our technical proposal. The estimate for performing the <br />investigation is presented as a separate addendum. The addendum also presents a <br />preliminary remedial cost estimate. The remedial plan for which the estimate is based <br />is hypothetical and may change depending on the outcome of the soil and groundwater <br />investigation, and meetings with the regulatory agencies. <br />Very truly yours, <br />J.
