The FID will be calibrated for benzene. Total organic vapor readings will be used to <br /> determine the appropriate levels of respiratory protection for conditions at the site. Total <br /> organic vapor concentrations in the worker breathing zone greater than 10 ppm above <br /> background will trigger an upgrade from level D to level C protection.
