PM t- �Z Working To Restore Nature <br /> 1710 Main Street <br /> Escalon, CA 95320 <br /> Phone (209) 838-3507 <br /> FAX (209) 838-3509 <br /> November 22, 1994 <br /> 150077 01 <br /> Ms. Margaret Lagono <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services <br /> Environmental Health Division <br /> P O Box 2009 <br /> Stockton, CA 95201 <br /> Subject Site Status Report, July through September 1994 <br /> Holt Bros , 1521 West Charter Way, Stockton, California, Site Code 1988 <br /> Ms Lagono <br />• This letter report will serve to document monitoring and sampling activities from July through <br /> September 1994 at the subject site (Plate 1) Groundwater monitoring and sampling was <br /> conducted on September 21, 1994 Activities included monitoring fluid level elevations in the <br /> six groundwater monitoring wells, sampling three groundwater monitoring wells for analysis <br /> of dissolved hydrocarbons and halogenated volatile organics, and measuring the thickness of <br /> free product in well MW 1. <br /> GROUNDWATER MONITORING AND SAMPLING <br /> RESNA personnel performed groundwater monitoring and sampling on September 21, 1994 <br /> Field work consisted of measuring depth to fluid levels and subjectively analyzing the water <br /> from wells MW I, MW2, MW3, MW4, MW5, and MW6 for the presence of sheen or floating <br /> product Well locations are shown on Plate 2. The depths-to-groundwater in the wells ranged <br /> from 26 29 to 27 95 feet below the top of the well casings, an average water level decrease of <br /> approximately 1 71 feet since the last monitoring event in June 1994 Approximately 0 07 feet <br /> of floating product was measured in well MW 1 Approximately one gallon of product/water <br /> mixture was balled from the well and placed in the on-site waste oil tank.
