SOIL BORING ACCESS AGREEMENT <br /> 1747 East Charter Way, Stockton,California <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE) is hereby granted permission to perform a subsurface <br /> investigation at East Charter Way, Stockton, California(the site).The subsurface investigation is <br /> being conducted to assess the soil for possible contamination based on information obtained during <br /> a due diligence Phase I investigation. <br /> Investigatory activities to be conducted on the site will consist of advancing five soil borings along <br /> the west side of the property to a depth of approximately 20 feet below surface grade to collect soil <br /> samples. At the conclusion of the investigatory activities, the borings will be properly abandoned <br /> under permit with the original grade restored and the surface properly repaired to preexisting <br /> conditions. <br /> All expenses for the subsurface investigation as related to the activities at the 1747 East Charter Way <br /> site shall be paid by Mr.Bill Landrum up to a pre-agreed upon amount,and will be conducted under <br /> permit in a timely manner upon approval by the EHD. <br /> All affected tenants of the site will be given 48 hours notice prior to the initiation of field activities, <br /> which will be conducted in a manner to minimize disruption of normal site activities. <br /> No—(gill oee✓�1O�0Me- t/ [tea <br /> Property Owner n *Date G <br /> Please Print Name <br />
