'7 <br /> 15. Protective clothing. <br /> The owner or operator shall provide to personnel working in the haz- <br /> ardous waste area of the facility adequate numbers of the following <br /> National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) approved <br /> equipment if appropriate: <br /> (a) Protective head gear and face masks. <br /> (b) Chemically resistant apparel and gloves. <br /> (c) Self-contained breathing apparatus and respirators with the <br /> approved cartridges. <br /> 16. Warning alarm system. <br /> If at any time there is a sole employee on the premises, the employee <br /> shall have immediate access to an alarm or other communication device <br /> capable of summoning external emergency assistance. <br />
