Dworzanski <br /> SUBJECT: Analytical Results and QA/QC Review <br /> Investigative Soil Sampling <br /> Charter Way Site <br /> Stockton,California <br /> May 1997 <br /> Two soil samples were collected at the Charter Way Site on May 6 and 7, 1997. The <br /> samples were submitted for volatile organic compounds (VOCs) analysis using EPA <br /> Method 8260 referenced from "Test Methods for Evaluating Solid Waste, <br /> Physical/Chemical Methods",Third Edition, September 1986 and subsequent revisions. <br /> All sample results were acceptable and are summarized in Table 1. <br /> All holding time criteria were met. Laboratory accuracy and precision were judged to <br /> be acceptable based on the results of the matrix spike/matrix spike duplicate <br /> (MS/MSD) analyses. All spike recoveries were within laboratory control limits for the <br /> blank spike demonstrating acceptable accuracy for the methodology. All surrogate <br /> recoveries were within laboratory control limits demonstrating acceptable <br /> sample-specific analytical efficiency. VOCs were non-detect in the associated method <br /> blank extracted with the investigative samples. <br /> All sample and QA/QC sample results were acceptable.
