Disposal of water from the well development shall be in accordance with current <br /> federal regulations. <br /> 13. The barricading of any portion of City streets shall be subject to the approval of the <br /> City Traffic Engineer. Traffic cones and warning signs shall be used to direct both <br /> pedestrian and vehicular traffic and shall be installed in accordance with the <br /> Caltrans Manual of Traffic Controls for Construction and Maintenance Work Zones <br /> or the WATCH Manual <br /> 14. The permittee shall not close any traveled lanes and shall maintain adequate sight <br /> distance during installation, maintenance, or sampling of the well(s). Additionally, <br /> service trucks shall not obstruct pedestrian paths, including but not limited to <br /> crosswalks and sidewalks. j <br /> 15. Upon completion of water monitoring, the well(s) shall be abandoned in accordance <br /> with the requirements of San Joaquin Public Health Services. <br /> 16. The permittee shall be wholly responsible to adjust all well boxes to any and all <br /> grade changes that occur in the subject area due to construction, demolition or any <br /> other occurrence. <br /> 17. Any frontage improvements deemed depressed, damaged or broken by the City <br /> shall be repaired within 5 days of the completion of well drilling activities. <br /> 18. Permittee, or his contractor, shall remove all Underground Service Alert markings <br /> following completion of the well installation(s). <br /> JAMES B.
