Box 560
Lodi, CA 95241-0560
Subject: Quarterly Monitoring Report - Puregro Company
1904 West Charter Way, Stockton, California
Dear Mr. DeMera:
At your request, Geological Audit Services., Inc. (GeoAudit) visited
the property at 1904 West Charter Way in Stockton, California (the
site) to perform minimum quarterly monitoring procedures.
On September 30, 1993 , the depth to groundwater in the five
monitoring wells on the site was measured. Mr. Michael Infurna of
the San Joaquin County Public Health Services - Environmental
Health Division (PHS/EHD) was present to observe the measurements.
Table 1 summarizes the results of the monitoring. No groundwater
samples were collected at this time to monitor the present
groundwater quality.
TABLE 1
GROUNDWATER ELEVATIONS
Depth to Groundwater
Well No. Casing Groundwater Elevation
Elevation 2/24/93 9/30/93 2/24/93 9/30/93
MW-1 26.90 14 . 14 15.98 12 .76 10.92
MW-2 26. 93 14 . 36 16. 39 12 . 57 10. 54
MW-3 26. 84 12 . 88 13 . 94 13 .96 12 .90
MW-4 26. 79 13 .76 14 . 51 13 . 03 12.28
MW-5 29 . 13 15.56 16. 60 13 . 57 12. 53
* All measurements in feet
The depth to groundwater has dropped approximately 2 feet in each
well during the second and third quarters of 1993 . Groundwater
gradient and direction, calculated using., monitoring wells #1, #3
and #4 , is 0. 024 ft/ft in a northeast direction (N 590 E) . The
- results of this monitoring event yield very similar groundwater
gradients to those from the initial (February) monitoring event.
1
Full Spectrum Environmental Services• Hydrogeology
