Charter way <br /> Stockton, CA., 95206 <br /> In correspondence dated January 2, 1997, the Central Valley Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board (CVRWQCB) concurred with San Joaquin County Public Health <br /> Services, Environmental Health Division (PHS-EHD) that no further investigation or <br /> remedial action is required for the underground tank release that was known to occur at <br /> the above noted site. <br /> PHS-EHD is able to provide a "Remedial Action Completion Certification" as <br /> formatted per State Water Resources Control Board requirements. It is enclosed along <br /> with the Case Closure Summary for your records. <br /> As a condition of closure, the CVRWQCB has issued Monitoring and Reporting <br /> Program No. 96-817 that will require the monitoring wells placed and used for the <br /> underground tank investigation to remain intact and available for sampling and <br /> monitoring.
