On September 13 , <br /> 1993 , there is a settlement conference "Iregarding the clean up <br /> I liability for this site in the San Joaquin County Superior Court. <br /> Given the upcoming settlement conference and the current question <br /> as to all parties ' liability in this matter, a delay in the <br /> submission of these documents to your department would best enable <br /> the responsible parties to provide you with the information you <br /> have requested. E <br /> t We would request a delay in the submission of these documents <br /> for a period of sixty days. .
