PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> NOTICE OF FINDING13 REGARDING <br /> SITE MITIGATION PLAN <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a corrective action plan for <br /> remediation of an underground leakin storage tank site located at <br /> 2024 East Charter Way, in the City f Stockton (APN 171-090-09-5) <br /> on the south side of Charter Way between B Street, and Mariposa <br /> Road, has been reviewed by San oaquin County Public Health <br /> Services, Environmental Health Divi ion(PHS/EHD) . The plan is a <br /> proposal for mitigation of hazardous substances which contaminated <br /> the site due to unauthorized releases associated with underground <br /> storage tanks (UST) which were located on the property. <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division, Local UST Oversight Pr gram, has made a tentative <br /> determination that the plan is in compliance with local, State and <br /> Federal laws and regulations and th t the resultant work will not <br /> create significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the <br /> benefits to be gained from cleanup of the contamination. <br /> The corrective action plan is available for public review at the <br /> San Joaquin/Stockton Public Librar, , 605 N. El Dorado Street, <br /> Stockton and PHS/EHD, 445 N. San Joaquin Street, Stockton, <br /> California, during normal working hours, 8: 00 a.m. - 5: 00 p.m. If <br /> a written request by any member of the public for a public hearing <br /> is not received by PHS/EHD by October 21, 1992 the tentative <br /> decision shall become final on that date and time. <br /> All requests for public hearings must be filed in writing to <br /> PHS/EHD at P.O. Box 2009, Stockton, 95201.
