A disposal plan for soil removed from the proposed monitoring well; <br /> 2. The specific procedure which will be followed for soil sample <br /> collection; r <br /> a <br /> 3. A construction diagram of the proposed monitoring well; and, <br /> 4. A site map showing sewer, water and other underground utility _ <br /> locations. - <br /> In addition to the above items,a permit application and $89.00 from a C-57 licensed <br /> contractor with current license and insurance information on file in your office were 4 <br />`i 1 <br /> also requested. These items will be provided to you by-the drilling contractor prior <br /> to installation of the monitoring well. <br /> Disposal Plan For Soil Cuttings <br /> Approximately 0.3 cubic yards of soil cuttings will be generated during drilling of the <br /> proposed downgradient monitoring well. The cuttings,Wi11 be placed on and covered <br /> with visquene pending laboratory analysis of soil samples obtained during drilling of <br /> -the new well.
