(Condor) has reviewed portions of the above <br /> referenced report and visited the site to provide additional site information to better assess whether the <br /> proposed investigation is adequate. Attached is a revised site plan that shows pertinent site features <br /> including: <br /> • Paved and non-paved areas; <br /> • Storm drain inlets; <br /> • Sewers <br /> • Sumps; <br /> • Direction of surface drainage; <br /> • The storm water retention depression discussed in the Phase 1 report(Page 33) <br /> • The approximate locations of the former gasoline and diesel underground storage tanks (discussed on <br /> Page 2 of the Work Plan); <br /> • The approximate location of the area where a spill of sulfur/lime occurred(discussed on Page 2 of <br /> the Work Plan); and <br /> • The locations of the former hazardous materials storage areas. <br /> The aerial photographs in the Phase 1 Report depict features to the north of the Product Warehouse and to <br /> the north of the Offsite Warehouse in the 1993 photo which are no longer present on the 1998/1999 <br /> photo. No further information regarding description or use of those former features was available. The <br /> rectangular area in the northeastern portion of the site from the 1993 and 1998/1999 photos, (which <br /> seemed to have been removed based on the 2006 - 2012 photos) is soil with surface gravel that has not <br /> been developed. The photos may show the gravel more clearly due to light conditions or because the <br /> gravel was more recently placed in the 1993 photo, or because more grass was present when the <br />
