SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY
y' ?< ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT
1868 E. Hazelton, Stockton, CA 95205
P Telephone: (209) 468-3420 Fax: (209) 464-0138 Web:www.sjgov.org/ehd
qIFptR
OFFICIAL CONSULTATION REPORT
SR#:
SITE ADDRESS:4512 N SUBURBAN ROAD CITY:STOCKTON 0080611
APN:087-121-12 PARCEL SIZE:0.17 LAND USE APPLICATION#:
REQUESTOR:JORGE CABRARA, RICHARDS PUMPING AND EXCAVATION P/E:4202
TYPE OF CONSULTATION REQUEST: LIQUID WASTE CONSULTATION FOR SEPTIC REPAIR
CONSULTATION COMMENTS:
Liquid waste consultation was conducted this date with Jorge Cabrara. The followings were noted:
• This 0.17 acre lot consists of a 2-bedroom single family residence,a detached garage and two sheds. This property is served
by septic and well.
• The ground water is 60' to 70'below surface.
• Due to the size of the lot,the current setback requirement, 100' from septic tank and leach field to well, cannot be met.The
setback requirements will follow the existing,non-conforming OWTS, 50' from septic tank and leach field to well, per
section 1.5 of San Joaquin County Onsite Wastewater Treatment Systems Standards.
• There are two septic permtis. The septic system was installed on 8/1/1959.This system was repaired on 7/6/1988 with an
addition of 2'(w)x 15' (1)x 15' (D)sump.
• The proposed repair is to install a sump with minimum dimention of 4' (W)x 24' (L) x 8' (D)based on the soil type in the
sump. If permeable soil was not identified at the 8' deep sump, deeper sump can be proposed.
• A sepcial septic repair permit is required prior to the initation of any repair or installation.
• Two sheds will need to be removed for future septic repair or connect to public sewer.
M a p A r e a
See Attached
RECEIVED BY: DATE:MAY 17,2019
ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH SPECIALIST: PERMITS PLUS DATE:
EHD 48-037 Official Consultation Report
9/18/07
