The C&A requires that you submit a work plan by 15 April <br /> 1993, continue to submit quarterly reports beginning 20 April 1993, implement <br /> the work plan by 1 May 1993, submit a Final Remediation Plan (FRP) no later <br /> than 30 July 1993, initiate remediation startup activities no later than <br /> 15 October 1993, and begin operation of the remediation systems by 15 November <br /> 1993. <br /> • The quarterly reports and FRP are to follow the Tri-Regional Recommendations <br /> and Appendix A Reporting Requirements (copies enclosed) .
