_ 3 _ 19 February 1993 <br /> Meeting Memorandum <br /> 16 South Cherokee, Lodi <br /> Board staff informed Mr. Werner that he must provide some rationale for <br /> requesting that fewer than 13 wells be sampled quarterly. We agreed to allow <br /> time for Mr. Werner or his consultant to provide Board staff, by Tuesday, <br /> 23 February 1993, with a written rationale for monitoring fewer than 13 wells. <br /> Board staff would delay issuing the new C&A until we have reviewed the <br /> submittal .
