Box 1210 <br /> Lodi, CA 95241 <br /> REVISED MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM NO. 93-701, 16 SOUTH <br /> CHEROKEE LANE, LODI, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> Enclosed is Revised Monitoring and Reporting Program No. 93-701 (RMRP) containing monitoring <br /> and reporting requirements for the insitu bioremediation system at 16 South Cherokee Lane, Lodi. <br /> The RMRP is issued pursuant to Section 13267 of the California Water Code and is an <br /> amendment to Cleanup and Abatement Order No. 93-701 (C&A). <br /> Changes to the current bioremediation system, which include a discharge of treated water or <br /> addition of nutrients to ground water, may require a discharge permit. Waiver or issuance of <br /> Waste Discharge Requirements (WDRs) or issuance of a federal NPDES Permit may take up to <br /> three months and once issued, includes an annual fee. <br /> Failure of the insitu bioremediation system to significantly reduce petroleum hydrocarbon <br /> contamination will result in implementation of alternative remedial options and subsequent <br /> revisions to the C&A. <br /> Also enclosed is a memorandum containing comments on the 20 October 1994 quarterly report <br /> and your requested changes to the draft RMRP.
