A complete discussion of the soil vapor extraction system
including:
a. The reference to 500 ppm as hexane and the proposed
procedure and rationale for determining when vapor
extraction is no longer necessary;
b. The rationale for extending the vapor extraction well
screens from 4 to 70 feet rather than installing
cluster wells at discrete depths;
C. A proposal to investigate and remediate the soil layers
previously in contact with contaminated groundwater.
3 . A complete discussion of the groundwater extraction,
remediation, and reinjection system, including:
a.
