The Monitoring and Reporting Program supersedes Order 3 <br /> of the C&A. <br /> During a staff discussion with your consultant, Mr. Andrew Briefer, of PES <br /> Environmental , on 3 December 1991, and subsequent discussion with San Joaquin <br /> County staff, it was agreed that an additional downgradient monitoring well is <br /> not necessary at this time. <br /> Note that the next quarterly report, containing sample results from all wells as <br /> specified in the C&A, is due by 15 January 1992 and the Final Remedial Plan is <br /> due by 2 January 1992.
