MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM NO. 90-702 - 2 - <br /> GEWEKE LAND DEVELOPMENT & MARKETING <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> Monitoring data shall be reported in the quarterly reports as specified in the <br /> Tri-Regional Recommendations and Appendix A (attached) , which are hereby made <br /> a part of this Monitoring and Reporting Program. Ground water monitoring <br /> results, volumes of extracted ground water and product, and remediation system <br /> operational information must be included. <br /> Quarterly reports shall be submitted to the Board by the 20th day of the month <br /> following the end of each calendar quarter until such time that the Executive <br /> Officer determines that the reports are no longer necessary. <br /> The quarterly reporting requirements of this Monitoring and Reporting Program <br /> supersede Order 3. of Cleanup and Abatement Order No. 90-702. <br /> An annual report evaluating the effectiveness and progress of the ground water <br /> cleanup shall be submitted to the Board by 30 January of each year. The <br /> report shall contain at a minimum the following information: both tabular and <br /> graphical summaries of the monitoring data obtained during the previous year; <br /> trends in the concentrations of the pollutants in ground water monitoring <br /> wells; whether the contaminant plume is being captured by the extraction <br /> system or is continuing to spread; plans as needed for improving the ground <br /> water monitoring, extraction or treatment system; status of any other cleanup <br /> activities such as soil excavation or soil venting systems; and the <br /> anticipated date for completion of cleanup activities. The annual report <br /> shall also include the reasons for and durations of all interruptions in the <br /> operation of the treatment systems. <br /> Copies of all reports shall be sent to San Joaquin County Public Health <br /> Services. <br /> The results of any monitoring done more frequently than required at the <br /> locations specified in the Monitoring and Reporting Program shall be reported <br /> to the Board. <br /> The Discharger shall implement the above monitoring program as of the date of <br /> this Order. <br /> WILLIAM H.
