Sun Tech Invironmental $10,000.00 <br /> 2. P.E.S. Invironmental 7,000.00 <br /> 3. Falcon Energy 2,100.00 <br /> In an effort to save ourselves and possibly the tax payers <br /> in the State of California, we are awarding the contract to <br /> Falcon Energy. <br /> We realize that changing consultants again creates additional <br /> work efforts by your office.
