Jeff Werner <br /> Page 2 <br /> Prior to initiation of a remedial action and pursuant to Section <br /> 280.67, Subpart I of 40 CFR of the Federal Register, PHS/EHD will <br /> conduct a public notice to consider comments on your Final <br /> Remedial/Corrective Action Plan. Please prepare an Executive <br /> Summary of your draft Final Remedial Plan (FRP) to accompany our <br /> public notice by September 16, 1991. The draft FRP should provide <br /> a summary of: <br /> -identifiable remedial alternatives <br /> -risk associated with conditions at the site, as well as risks <br /> with the identifiable alternatives; and <br /> -the proposed and implemented remedial alternatives. <br /> A full-volume draft FRP (along with pertinent documentation) is to <br /> be made available for review at the Lodi Public Library at 201 W. <br /> Locust, Lodi. The draft FRP will also be made available for review <br /> at the PHS/EHD office, 445 N. San Joaquin, Stockton, during normal <br /> business hours. The selection of the remedial alternative will be <br /> made only upon review and consideration of comments received during <br /> the public comments period.
