You required these documents to issue a well permit <br /> for the installation of four monitoring wells and an extraction well on or near the <br /> Geweke site at 16 North Cherokee Street in Lodi, California. These documents have <br /> been previously sent to you via facsimile transmission. <br /> As we discussed on Friday, I have enclosed a check for $178.00 to cover the cost of two <br /> permits at $89.00 each. One permit is for four wells on Lodi public property, and one <br /> permit is for an extraction well which will be installed on private property.
